Design: Sequencing library was prepared according to the Oxford Nanopore Technologies' protocol using the Ligation Sequencing kit SQK-LSK109 and Native Barcoding Expansion kit EXP-NBD104 on a minION R9.4.1 Flow Cell. Briefly DNA ends are FFPE repaired and end-prepped/dA-tailed using the NEBNext End Repair/dA-tailing module, and then sequencing adapters, supplied in the kit, are ligated onto the prepared ends.
